Always a pleasure working with the service advisors at Mercedes Benz of Seattle. Trevor is my go to advisor and consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always gives honest and straightforward recommendations. I never feel pressured, just informed and taken care of. He communicates clearly, keeps me updated throughout the process, and makes the entire experience smooth and stress free. During my last visit, I also worked with Cameron and Brennan when picking up my vehicle. They were both friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Even went out their way to gift a keychain for my sister who had recently brought her car in for a key replacement, but also hooked me up too! The team works well together and truly cares

Excellent service experience with Sam and the Mercedes of Seattle team! Also had a chance to receive a loaner with the pinnacle trim! Great service all around with quick turn around and scheduling. He was warm, approachable, and made the whole process feel much easier than it typically does. Sasha explained everything my car needed in a clear and straightforward way, and I really appreciated that he pointed out a couple of current offers I wasn't aware of that helped things go more smoothly. He kept me updated the entire time without me having to check in, and it was obvious that he truly cares about providing great service.
