I bought my 7 th E class since 1996 from this dealership and the sales process was by far the most pleasant mercedes purchase I've experienced. My salesman Brian B is a bona fide sales professional with 16 years at this dealership. He did a great job, being honest and fair. He even helped me get additional discounts. Their finance manager Brad was very helpful and easy to deal with. I live in Baltimore and it was worth the easy drive down Rt 29. Silver Spring Mercedes facility is nicer than the Baltimore dealerships. This will now be my go to dealership for purchases. Highly recommend!!!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a new service center at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. The team made the entire process exceptional. During extremely cold weather following a snowstorm, with temperatures around 15 degrees, my vehicle would not start while I was out of town in Washington, DC for a birthday visit.
