Got a used sprinter from these fine folks. I am based out of LA so was organizing this without having seen the vehicle in person. I worked with Jonathan and he really went over the top to help me get all the info I needed. Really straight forward negotiation. No back and forth and when I set eyes on the vehicle it exceeded expectations. When I was in town he looked out for my well being as a non-local, ensuring I had safe transportation to and from the train, bank, and anywhere else I needed to go to conduct business. The guest liason Ed gave was kind and courteous, giving me a ride around town and pointing out local restaurants I might like and helping me find a safe and clean hotel. These guys really went all out to take care of me and after so many bad experiences with other dealerships

I called and spoke with the internet sales manager, Jonathan, and based on my interaction with him I can tell this is an outstanding dealership. I would definitely do business with them in the future. It's rare to find a salesman who is knowledgeable and personable and listens to what you have to say without imposing their own agenda. Unfortunately, the car I called about didn't quite work out for me, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business in the future.

We have had a 2012 Sprinter camper van since 2022 and Kyle - the service manager for sprinters at MB Stockton has been fantastic to work with. Whenever we have a problem, he's very attentive, responds quickly to calls and inquiries, and gets us in and out quickly.
