Michael is an awesome service manger. I should know I have had a few. He does what he says, you don't have to ask twice and always gets it done when he states it will be completed. He goes the extra mile for me and I'm sure all his customers. There is great follow-up once your job is done. Michael is not pushy, honest and caring, he is a "real person" and is a great asset to MB of Little Silver. The folks at this dealership know how to make you feel good 👍.
