Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Riverside Service Center

I had an amazing experience at the Service Center, Brennan Ruiz made it smooth and convenient. From Drop Off to Pick Up, he did an amazing job at keeping me updated. He was even able to get me a loaner during my service! He greeted me at my vehicle with a smile, made the drop off a breeze. He texted me updates on the arrival of parts and the vehicle being ready, Awesome Work.

Ramses Rodriguez was AMAZING! He turned a headache that could have turned into a complete nightmare into a great experience for our warranty repair. If not for him I am sure we would have lost our minds over the situation. I also want to say thanks to Adam Garcia at Mercedes and of Wilsonville for connecting the dots as we are on a long distance voyage in our van and our go to service center is up in Oregon.

This was my first time coming to Walter's and I definitely feel like I have found the best place for my motorhome on a Sprinter chassis. Brennan Ruiz was most helpful and made sure I understood all that was going on. All services were completed in the time frame that was promised. Even though it is quite the drive from where I live (eastern Los Angeles County) I will definitely be using Walter's in the future for all my Sprinter needs, They even washed my motorhome when they finished with the services.

The sprinter vas service center has great customer service. They are also very well equipped and have plenty of mechanics to get you back on the road in good time.

Our Sprinter Service Advisor, Brennan Ruiz, was AWESOME !!! Provided great and timely communication of his mechanic's diagnosis and got us a replacement interior part for our drivers' door in 2 days.
