A little far from DC but worth the drive for the value of the service and quality of care. Sheila greets you with a warm reception and is very responsive toward client concerns. Anything i asked about my car (2017 E300), i got a quick follow-up answer with prices below dealership costs. Additionally, the mechanics/specialists are willing to show you the work or physically address any issues you have about your mercedes. Will repeat service, clean facility and worth the visit!

I was able to get my Service B, rear brakes, and air filter replaced for a fraction of the cost compared to the Mercedes dealer. Sheila was very responsive and answered all of my many questions. I was even able to secure a loaner car which allowed me to be mobile! The service was fast and everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely be going back for my next service.

First time using Mercedes Specialist Westminster. Since my call to make an appointment for a next day PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection), I was treated like a well-known client. Once there, I was given all accommodations to make myself welcome. After inspecting the car, the mechanic/technician explained me point by point the condition of it.
