The owner and staff at Mercer Auto Wreckers are the best! They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It’s almost like when you become a customer, you become part of their extended family. I was in the middle of a 60-car pileup on the interstate in a bad snowstorm and despite being one of their busiest, highest-pressure days of the year, they treated me like a valuable person.

I want to say that this is one of the best repair shops I’ve ever dealt with. They helped me with a tow and a tire replacement right in the middle of the highway. A State Police officer stopped to check on me and recommended this service. I called them, and they arrived within 30 minutes—even though there was absolutely nothing nearby. They helped me quickly, and the final price was actually lower than I expected. Their shop was already closed, but they didn’t make me wait until the next morning—instead, they replaced my tire that same evening. From start to finish, the whole experience took no more than an hour. I can truly recommend them to anyone. This is the kind of service I’ve never experienced before. 5 out of 5.

My tire blew out on i79. It was terrifying. I did a google search of tow trucks nearby and they answered right away. They got a truck to me in about 30 minutes, towed my SUV to their shop, and installed two new tires. I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Very polite, friendly, and super quick.
