On a late Sunday afternoon, I had a flat tire ( without a spare in the car) on US-74 near Chadbourn, NC, about 140 miles from home. My roadside assistance service estimated a 90-120 minute wait for a tow truck. I found Mercer Tire & Road Service (24/7) through google search, and Kenneth (Ken) offered mobile service to come to me instead of towing my car to his garage. He offered to either fix flat tire or replace it with a similar tire. He arrived in 20 minutes with a spare tire, examined the flat tire and fixed it by plugging the hole, and had me back on the road within another 20 minutes. Ken provided a quick and cost-effective solution without exploiting my stranded situation on sunday evening. Ken is one of the kindest person I interacted with, who offered nothing but help. 540 miles from home, in a rental, with a 10 month old and we were stuck at a gas station with bad tire. i had called the rental company over and over that day they were supposed to send a tow, told me they could not find anyone and left us there for hours. i simply looked up the word “tire near me” and Ken popped up! i simply cannot express enough gratitude and gratefulness for Ken. i HIGHLY recommend contacting Ken for any roadside assistance needs before anyone else. he was so kind!!! forever blessed to have run across his business! wish there was a Ken Mercer in every state

Kenny completed a great job on our 2007 1500 Silverado. We has looked everywhere for someone to complete this job. Service was excellent. He is a businessman that stands behind his work and that ever customer is satisfied. Would recommend him for any job wrecker, tire service and mechanical issues.

Ken met my family member on the side of the road on Christmas night! She had a blown out tire and he brought a brand new full sized tire and put it on within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price!
