MERCI-MOM AUTO SALES AND TIRES

My brother’s 2014 Impala was experiencing transmission issues, along with faulty spark plugs and wiring. A trusted friend recommended Merci Mom for repairs. We found the owner to be very thorough in diagnosing the problem, carefully inspecting the car to identify the root cause. He provided photos of the problem. He kept my brother updated throughout the process, sought approval before starting the work, and after reaching out a couple of times, located the necessary parts for the repair. Since the repair was unexpectedly costly, he suggested using a part he had on hand instead of a new one, saving my brother around $300. We appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to overcharge.

Bought a car here from Lee and the service was great. The car was in better condition than I had been expecting and there were no hidden details. He was happy to answer all questions and was very thorough in his explanations. The car was completely ready to go. I would recommend them if you want a reliable car buying experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. This business is a complete scam. Their tires are very poor quality and will leave you stranded on the side of the road. They are extremely dishonest and will sell you poor-quality tires while claiming they’re new. I was quoted $80 for new tires and $65 for used, but after purchasing what they said was a new tire, I quickly realized it wasn’t. When I returned to address the issue, they denied ever selling me a new tire and even accused me of lying.They then claimed they don’t sell new tires at all ,which completely contradicts what they told me before taking my money. This is a clear sign of a business with zero integrity and no respect for its customers. Their customer service is terrible, and their practices are deceptive. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted
