These guys showed up 15 minutes after I placed the call. They towed me from Shepherdsville to E-town and it could not have been a better trip! The guys were courteous and conversational. Merciful Towing is the best kept secret and I will request them from now on.

Merciful towing came to my rescue again and I could not be more grateful for this company!! I was connected to them through AAA before and after a deer smashed my windshield, AAA sent them again! I was frazzled about hitting the deer, but the driver was so kind, caring and compassionate. Every time they have came to my rescue, they have been the same. I highly recommend!!!!!
Fast polite service, Steve tv is very professional, nice and knows what he is doing. Pick up and deliver of my truck was very promptly. Sent me a picture with message my truck was delivered to service place.
