Where do I start…..! From the time I walked in, the process was simple quick and easy. I was approved within minutes! Now I’ve been in most dealerships for an 8 hr shift LOL BUT not this time! When I tell you Lavelle and Eric are so patient, professional, understanding and God Sent. I walked in under the impression that my credit is shot and wouldn’t get approved but all I have to say is “But GOD”!! I got the Truck that I wanted and desired after test driving 4! I can NOT complain about one thing with my experience buying a car from Mercy. I arrived at the lot close to closing time. Test drove a vehicle, got financing and was out of there in under an hour. I really love my truck and the conversation and helpfulness of the owner was top notch as well. I am blessed to have come across them to purchase my Murano.
