Just dropped my car off to get a CV joint replaced. I was the 1st cuttomer there and was warmly greeted. Customer service is huge for me, and they get 5 outta 5 for that. I asked if they do school discounts since I'm going to college, and that will be saving me $150. They scheduled an Uber for me for a ride home which was nice. When I got home, they called and told me they got under the car and see that the left CV is much worse, the other is starting to leak ans tear also. They said they emailed me the quote, but I just asked him to tell me over the phone. The total is around $1500. After getting my vehicle back tomorrow I will update the post to reflect the full experience. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is simply due to the $ shock. I had the best experience with Meridian Automotive, thankfully I was referred by Nesmith Brothers Towing. Overall everything that could go right, did! I had the pleasure of working directly with Jacqueline and she was VERY professional, helpful and communicated with me throughout the whole process. She helped identify I had a warranty that their shop accepted and did all the leg work. She truly went above and beyond any expectations I had. My water pump and thermostat were replaced and my car was ready to go in less than a week even when they got me in super last minute! I highly recommend working with this shop for car needs!

I had an amazing experience with Meridian Automotive after being referred there by Discount Tire. They repaired my cross-threaded lug nut quickly and their customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond by arranging a return ride for me back to the garage once the service was done. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the whole situation as easy as possible. I was back on the road in no time, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well they took care of me. The after-hours key drop-offs and pick-ups were easy to use and very secure, and the text communication was so convenient. Came on for an oil change and air filter replaced. Spent time with Hayden. Hayden is very knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. I could not be happier with the service I received from the team at Meridian Automotive and Steve IS the best alignment expert in the valley. After another shop made it way worse after working on it, he was able to get everything in spec and the big dually drives perfectly. Highly recommended!
