Merle Snider Motors

I've used Merle Snyder several times. Several times they've done a great job with our vehicles. However, when they replaced a head gasket, I immediately noticed a missing nut on one of my ignition coils. They ordered and replaced it. Fast forward about a year, and I was under my vehicle changing the oil. I noticed a leak coming from the crankshaft seal that wasn't there on the previous oil change. In the process of wiping it down, I noticed three bolts missing from two engine mounting brackets that connect the oil pan to the upper engine -- right in line with the crankshaft. These were removed during the head gasket change and I only noticed them because I was chasing down the oil leak. I brought my car in for an oil change on Monday and then for a set of new tires on Friday. EVERY employee there was not only VERY pleasant, but their service shop employees knew their stuff! It’s that sort of business that I love and trust, and will continue to do business with! Customer service like I’ve experienced this past week is truly hard to find these days, and I’m SO glad that this business holds those values of treating customers with courtesy, respect and honesty as a priority!

I've been here with my 2024 Hyundai and waited less than an hour to get it's oil changed. The employees are friendly and it was under $100.

I've had multiple repairs and oil changes from Merle Snider. Everytime I get any work done, they work quickly and are always very helpful. In my most recent visit they not only heavily discounted my repair, but finished repairs a day earlier than quoted.

So it was interesting because there seemed to be a misunderstanding about what I wanted done due to me maybe not being specific enough and also them not quite understanding what I was saying. But fortunately after I arrived to pick up my car I was very upset initially because I didn’t feel the job had been done because of the circumstances I just explained after I was probably a little rude but more frustrated than anything I took a moment sat on the picnic table under a tree out front. Then we talked they made everything right with me. Also the did something to show us later if there’s a problem we can easily fix it. This to me is customer service at it finest there was a misunderstanding we recognized that and they were good to me. I will recommend them to people, I will bring my car bac
