Fantastic service! My Grand Cherokee wouldn’t start after being in the parking garage at the airport for two weeks. The tow truck driver met us in the parking garage, loaded the vehicle and delivered it to the dealership where I bought it. After dropping off my car he sent a text advising where the car was parked at the dealership and left my name with the keys in the dealership service drop box. I can’t express how grateful we are for what was a bad way to end a two week trip on a Saturday night to having an experienced & knowledgeable person tow my car easily the next day. I highly recommend Merl’s Towing!

Driver arrived within about 10 mins of my call. He was very professional and polite. Took me to the dealer with no fuss, and was easy to talk to. Very good experience!

Ram and his assistant were amazing! We had an unusual trailer, with 4 flat tires, to haul about 100 miles away. They showed up with smiles, got right to work, and managed to get the trailer on the flatbed. When we arrived at the drop off location, Ram was an absolute master at getting that flatbed into a tight space, and dropped the trailer exactly where we needed it!!
