Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace

Brayan the admissions manager was awesome. From my first call inquiring about moving my Mom from Massachusetts to Merrill Gardens Brayan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were many questions and Brayan would respond right away even when he had the day off. He even answered my questions when he was on vacation. He goes above and beyond even now that Mom is a resident. Sometimes I still reach out to him and he is always prompt and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens. Mom is very happy there.

I moved from Pennsylvania to the Florida area the year October 2024 and when I looked at the landscaping it was clean and well-kept. When I went in and met the receptionist, miss Patty she was very pleasant and after I took a tour with Heidi, she was very pleasant and it convinced me to move here. It’s an honor for me to write this review about Merrill Gardens Solivita Marketplace. if you’re looking for a new home for a family member, or if you retired, this is the place to come. They have activities every day or if you want to be by the pool or go shopping it’s available. There’s a nurse practitioner and a doctor once per week and also podiatrist is provided once a month. Fourth of July 2025 I found myself unexpectedly finding a senior living facility for my mom. A three day holiday turned into two weeks of exploring the unknown world of senior living. Heidi McIntee at MG is the absolute BEST! Professional, informative, friendly and compassionate. Heidi helped me navigate all the obstacles and road blocks to get my mom enrolled within two weeks. Always aware I needed to return home to PA asap. I often reach out to Heidi for various reasons regarding my mom. No matter what day or time of day (6am) Heidi is always available to help me. Thank you Heidi and MG staff for all you do for me and my mom. Also, I toured many facilities with my children’s support and MG is the best around. ❤️

Meralis, the events coordinator is amazing! She has a contagious smile and laughter, works super hard to make us residents feel good about our environment and happy to be here at Merrill Gardens. Her imagination has no bounds. Always searching for ways to entertain us in amazing places and ways. Her partner in crime, Ray, is just super helpful with all things. Service is both their middle names. Ray drives us where we need to be and always attentive to helping us on and off the bus. But foremost very cautious for our safety! My husband and I recently met with Brayan for a tour of Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace. It was a pleasure having Brayan show us around. He was helpful, informative, and accommodating. He answered all our questions and even provided some information we were not aware of, even after touring multiple other facilities. Great experience overall!
