Merrill's Auto Body And Towing - Diesel Repair

We had a phenomenal experience with Merrill’s yesterday. Our car was flooded over the weekend and was towed to their lot. The staff went out of their way to physically help us retrieve our belongings from the car and even disassembled our roofbox for us/helped us load it. They were supremely kind and supportive in what is a difficult time for our family. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and highly recommend them!

The owner of this place is so disrespectful, would not tell me to my face that she wanted to charge me $2,000 for storage fees even though they were fixing my car! During the holiday season knowing it was going to take longer to fix. The front desk Gillian is very nice. After paying the fee I find out my air conditioner isn't working and of course they want money for that! If you're the owner reading this just know that $2,000 that was so important to you meant everything to me.

Good crew, i had my car break down and called my roadside assistance and they had someone from this company come pick my car right up and tow it all the way to my tuner. Took them less than an hour to pick my car up and they took extremely good car of my subaru hatch.

I would give it no stars but it won't let me rate that low! Merrill towing left my son stranded until 3 am last night. The woman that originally took my first call said the guy was having trouble with his tow and she'd check on it and call me right back. Wouldn't answer their phones after that and just abandoned the emergency tow call that I put in thru my insurance company. He had to call an uber and leave his car where it broke down. These crooks took my credit card number (charging me $57) and didn't do the job. I will be planning a call with the BBB today also.

My car was totaled when someone went through a red light and into my drivers side door at 45 mph. The cops called Merrill’s to tow my car. I got a hospital ride in an ambulance. David Stimon is exactly the personality I needed when I finally found my car. Prompt, kind, informative and helpful. Great follow up too.
