Metal Majic Auto Hail and Collision Center

Metal Magic has now worked on my sixth car, and I’m blown away every single time. They pick up my vehicle and drop it off at my house, which saves me a huge amount of time. Every time they return a car, it looks absolutely brand new. I couldn’t be happier and will continue trusting Metal Magic with all of my vehicles for hail damage or any collision work. Truly top-notch service!

This is a bit long-winded, but worth reading if you are considering doing business with Metal Majic in Carrollton, TX. Only giving this review a 2 star because the shop did a great job on the hail damage. Outside of that, this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a company in any capacity. I am not usually a person who writes reviews, but it is necessary here. The beginning of the process was good, the pick-up process was fairly easy, and I was promised a lot of things to earn our business. Like above I should have went with my gut and went elsewhere, but a few of us used their referral plan ($250 for a referral) as the cherry on top that got or business. Took my truck to them and they put me in a rental. 2 or 3 days into being in the rental I get off work and put my things in the back seat, when I closed the door the back glass explodes. I call and report it immediately, lucky my supervisor is still at work so he lets me take a company truck home and I park the rental under cover. The next day I’m in contact with the fleet manager, in the process of exchanging cars he tells me he WIll NOT HOLD ME RELIABLE and he’ll deal with who ever they get their vehicles from. I can’t say enough good things about this shop! After my car got damaged by hail, I was stressed thinking about the repairs. But these guys made everything so simple – they handled all the paperwork, insurance, and repairs quickly and professionally. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! The team was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone – they really make the whole process worry-free!

My experience is not bad based off of the hail repair. They picked up my car and did the estimate. I then get a text saying that my sun roof is messed up and that they are not responsible. I called them and the lady said they got it to closed but when I got it back there was a piece broken inside of it. It was not like that before!! Secondly the salesman that came to my house said they could fix a previous dent for free that I had on my fender, as an incentive, but that they could not paint it. The dent was halfway fixed but still looks basically the same. I should of just took the cash he was offering me. This was a major selling point for me to even let them work on my car.
