Honestly if I could give this place less than one star I would. I’m absolutely disgusted with how my experience went today. I hadn’t been there since the place has been taken over by new owners, but let me tell you now I will never be going back after the experience I had today. I went with a truck load of scrap metal. The vast majority of it being heavy stuff that I knew I wouldn’t be able to get off of my truck myself. I was greeted very quickly and politely. To which I responded with “Can I please get some help to unload my truck because most of this stuff is heavy!” To which I was told, “yes someone is down there and will help.” I heard the man over the radio say that I was going to need help however the man standing in the yard just stood there watching me struggle! First time ever trying to use Metalico All American. Very good looking website but once I tried to call to talk to human being for 2 days I couldn't contact anyone. I would like to know the prices on the metal. Some way form or fashion if no one wants to talk to you on the phone there should be a conversant giving prices for that particular day or week. Since I didn't get to talk to anyone and was given no info on pricing I went back to my original scrap yard. Maybe someone will read this post and do something about it. That's a whole objective one everybody's calendar time and money. That's the great thing about technology it's why they make conversants and recordings, emails and leaving messages doesn't get it anymore. Thanks Merry Christmas
