What a great company! They have the talented personnel and state-of-the-art equipment to properly diagnose and fix every problem we've thrown at them. The company has always been above-board in their pricing. They may not be the least expensive, but they almost always get it right the first time and always stand behind their work.

This was my first experience with Metric Motors and I couldn't be more pleased! It was easy to make an appointment for my 2021 Prius AWD hybrid, and the free loaner vehicle was an awesome perk! The staff communicated with me clearly, and the work was done well, within a few hours, at a fair price. You can't ask for better than that!

We have been having troubles with our check engine light coming on at times. We have gotten bids on this problem from the dealership, and they are very high; (up to $8,000!). We contacted Matt at Metric Motors and the way we were dealt with has been fantastic. He has been available to answer all of our concerns and even pointed out to us another problem with a tie-rod end that should have been taken care of by the dealership, too. We are very impressed with the professional approach that the people at Metric demonstrate, and we will be taking all of our vehicles to them in the future

Exceptionally work! I take vehicles in when they prove difficult or a job I don't have time for. The guys at Metric Motors know I do a lot myself, work with what I want done, and recommend anything that they may deem related to the job without being pushy! Definitely recommend!

Always great customer service! Quick and dependable, while providing a great explanation of why a service is needed. Do not feel like work is pushed too hard. The loaner car is a plus.
