Metric Offroad

Was in my Jeep and somewhere between Moab and Grand Junction on my way to Minnesota I lost a caliper bracket bolt. 5:30 pm on a Friday, all the heavy equipment suppliers in town were closed until Monday, no hardware store had the right size bolt, and no dealership or parts store could get me the bolt before Monday. Knowing my bolt was metric and probably matched something off a Toyota I dropped in as they were busy trying to finish up for the weekend and the guy there (never got his name) helped me find a bolt off their shelf that was at least the right size and pitch and close enough in length to get me back on the road. He told me I could just take it but I threw them some cash. Saved my ass.

September 13, 2022- Metric Offroad came highly recommend. After dropping in at their shop to schedule an appointment, I was told by Mike Goodnight to bring back my 4-Runner in two weeks for a diagnosis. The 4-Runner was dropped off on July 18, 2022. A week latter, I was given the list of items that needed to be repaired. All acceptable concerns, and I gave the go ahead to complete the repairs. After a total of 8 weeks in the shop, several unreturned calls, multiple visits to the shop, and three failed delivery dates, I gave up and had to personally stop by the shop to requested my vehicle back on September 12, 2022, since no calls were returned. Albeit, one of the repair items was an electric issue (battery would not stay charged), no repairs were completed. I'm very serious, No Repa

My husband and I take all of our Toyotas to Mike. He knows all things Toyota and he is a great mechanic. We will continue to utilize his services. He is very very busy but worth the wait.

I had a great experience having my ome lift installed. Mike was easy to work with and they got my rig back to me quick. I Highly recommend Metric Offroad!

Mike the owner was a straight a forward and truthful person to deal with in my opinion. Mike went above and beyond in service to us. We bought the car and the battery failed the first day we owned it, we were stranded and after calling Mike he came and installed a new battery in the car for us. Would just like to say thanks and it's refreshing to find a straight forward honest person to deal with. We would definitely buy another car here and plan to use him for services on our current car.
