They were fantastic! My brother backed my car into a mailbox, went and got it estimated and they took care of the whole thing within a week. I called them on thursday cause i was going to need the car sooner rather than later and they stayed late to get it done by Friday! Super professional and just good people doing good work

Super professional, honest, and courteous. I bought a '06 Lexus LX 470. Karl was amazing. The vehicle was even more amazing LOL. It was in mint shape. Cannot believe the condition of this vehicle. The price was more than fair. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're going to purchase a vehicle. It was a rebuild and it looked brand new. I definitely got a better deal buying a rebuild that I would have just getting some random used car from somebody else. That's because they took the time and effort to make sure the vehicle was in perfect shape.

I have brought several cars here and they do such a great job. I’m glad to have a shop that is super affordable but also that I can rely on to fix the car that I also drive with my kids in there. Thanks so much you guys are awesome!

Only came here because our dead beat landlords tree fell on our truck and he said his cousins shop would do a good job. They did an okay job. Our vehicle was covered in dirt when we arrived which made it hard to tell if repairs had been made. Response to owner. We picked it up the next day. . .

We were referred to Karl Schiess and Metro as the best place to take our car by Tyler at Advance Insurance. Great referral and outstanding job my Karl and his team. We were able to get a quote on the spot, and since the car was drivable, we kept the car while they ordered parts. Karl called when the parts came in, which was pretty much when he had estimated. We took the car into the shop a before it opened but one of the shop guys saw us waiting, called Karl and we were able to drop the car off early. They completed the work when promised and called us to let us know it was done. The car looks new again. I would recommend them without hesitation. Fair price. Honest business.
