I've been going to Thomas shop about twice a year for oil changes and tire rotations since 2005. Back then, it was my 2001 Nissan, when it cut off coming down the hill from Burger King. I just pulled in for the 1st time & he kept my Bessie running til 2020. I wanted an upgrade so now it's my 21 Camry XSE. Anyway, every time I go for service I feel like I'm @ the dealership because of the professional customer service from day 1 until now & it's November 2025. Before Thomas shop, I felt disrespect by mechanics because they know I don't know nothing about cars but that was a different conversation @ Metro Automotives in Jonesboro...it's always..."What can I do for you?" "You know we are going to get you straight." Especially when I can't for whatever reason explain what's going on...needing

I've owned many vehicles so I know my way around them. I gotta say Metro took great care of my car at an very reasonable price. I can honestly say I've found a new shop that I can completely rely on for all my automotive needs. Thanks again Mr. Thomas!!💪🏾💯

Came in to get an oil change and a Turo inspection on a Friday morning without an appointment. I was met with friendly and efficient service and my car was back in the road within an hour. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area!
