Metro Express Car Wash

Guys - I came in today with my Nissan Rouge. The staff was nice- so I’ll give them a 3 stars just for the happy faces, the service was really bad this time! I payed for outside / inside service and after just 5-7 min they told me it’s ready to go! I immediately saw crumbs in the box and asked to clean, after I came home I cleaned all the dust and stains off my leather seats and under the seats there were crumbs anywhere! Picture attached! Very disappointed!

I did not know this, but if you go before 9:00 am it's $5 for a basic wash. The staff were friendly. The car came out clean. They have great vacuums there and also compressed air to spray out your vehicle. They offer clean towels at every other stall which is super nice. Would definitely go back to this location as well. And you could also stop right next door at Jackson's if you needed fuel or snacks. Looks like they also do oil changes at this location as well.

We had the car cleaned inside and out. It was an improvement. While my dad and I waited we had a soft drink with popcorn. There's a nice variety of soft drinks and a popcorn machine that seems to always have fresh popped corn. It's free for waiting customers. Also they have TV's. About 4. All showing something different. The waiting area is clean & comfortable. You can even charge your phone, tablet or laptop here

🚨 BEWARE: Scratched My Car — Expensive Lesson I take great care of my car and normally avoid automatic car washes for fear of paint damage. But after a long, dirty drive on the salt flats, I trusted Metro Express Car Wash because of its high ratings and premium pricing. Big mistake. Right after the wash, I found two deep, obvious scratches on my hood. Facility is clean, staff are friendly, and the free vacuums are nice, but none of that matters if you leave with paint damage. Now I’m looking at paint repairs. 1 star. Never coming back. They should have their brushes maintained daily.

They always make my vehicles nice and clean! We've been going here for years and they are constantly friendly and do a fantastic job inside and out. We pay for their unlimited membership on 2 of our vehicles but wish they had a family plan for 3 as we don't drive them enough for 3 separate plans.
