I had several issues with purchasing my car. It all seemed very avoidable and the result of disorganized management and poor training. I had hoped after having to returning to the dealer multiple times, a manager would step in. That would have resulted in a much better rating. But here we are… avoidable problems turning into a bad review. It started with my birthday being input improperly at financing. While I was flattered they thought I was 11 years younger, it meant I could finish it up that night also this was after waiting forever and I was getting super hangry. I’ve had my truck in the shop around 2 months now for a messed up transmission. We were told the transmission services were backed up and that it would take a little while. So, we waited for the promised updates. We’ve received none from service and I had to call multiple times every single week. The other part is, they continuously told us they needed to order new parts or replacing the transmission altogether?? Which is crazy to me because that happened 2 separate times? STILL no updates?? I was also given the word it would be finished at a certain time and that was not met. Do not bring your car here if you don’t want to wait months with no updates.

I would like to start by saying that my wife and I made a 4 hour drive to pick up our car from metro ford. After hours of going over every photo of the car on their website and a few phone calls we decided to make the trip, assuming we were going to pick a near perfect used car. Upon arrival we noticed the horrible pitting on the rear deck lid, which seems that were strategically left out of all the photos. We were also informed that was only set of keys. The paint damage alone is going to cost over $600 to have repaired, and a new key fob is going to run a few hundred after programming. Expensive oil change for 120 dollars, did not reset my oil light, damaged my cabin air filter while taking it out to check it, had to call in so they logged the service on Hyundai`s system and tried to tell me it was not possible. Tried to sell me 1k worth of services not on the maintenance schedule in Hyundai manual. Please avoid this place.

So far I am still not happy with them my vehicle has been with them almost a month if not one already and just now got word they are working on it not cool when it was there fault to begin with that this has happened!!!
