Carter was helpful and friendly. He consulted on tires I wanted and was competitive with Tire Rack on price. The team also did a great job on a brake service and did only what I needed. Turnaround time on getting the tires and parts and getting the whole job done was quick and I was kept informed with every step. Excellent experience, exceeded expectations.

I’ve been taking my cars to Metro Motors on River Rd in Bethesda for over 8 years for everything from routine scheduled maintenance to complicated repairs. Never once have they tried to upsell me or talk me into a service I didn’t need. Lionel, Carter and their team are the best in the area. Their knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched. I’ve been so impressed with their service that I continue to bring my cars to them even though I now live 45 mins away. I drive high performance German vehicles (Audi S4 and BMW X3 M competition) and I don’t trust anyone to work on my cars but this shop. If you’re searching for a new mechanic, look no further. These guys rock!

This Metro Motor team is the best. We’ve taken our cars to Metro Motor for years and they never fail us. They are friendly and always work hard efficiently and as economically as possible. They are reliable, trustworthy, and communicative, all of which can be difficult to find in the car repair world. They even send you video messages of your car from the shop, showing you in real time the state of your vehicle and explaining what repairs may be needed and why. Metro Motor is a gem—highly recommend!

The people here are always very friendly and always patiently explain everything (via texts and in person). They give you different options whenever possible, they are quick and reasonably priced.
