⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were in Detroit for a dance competition when our car suddenly started having problems. We found Metro Protech LLC online, gave them a call, and they got us in right away. Even though they were busy, they still made time to take our car and fix it immediately. He truly saved us so much money, stress, and trouble. Everywhere else we called was either closed or had no availability, and we were worried about how we were going to get home. The customer service was A1 from start to finish professional, honest, and genuinely caring. Our car is fixed and we’re safely headed home thanks to them. They are truly amazing. They get everything done that you need and they explain it to you in a way that makes sense!!!! They are very affordable. Everybody’s very helpful. I don’t feel like they take advantage of me being a woman coming into a mechanic shop. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Bashar and Mike!!!!! They did some heater core work for me and as you can tell from the photos, you can’t even tell how much work they had to do. They were awesome. These guys are real deal Jack! I had gotten into an accident that completely destroyed my rear subframe on my 2003 Honda Crv and brought it to these guys. Extremely professional, reliable, and kind. I was in a jam and needed the work done within the same week I brought it in, and these guys finished the job in 2 days. Their pricing is also extremely fair and transparent.
