Jerry was AWESOME & so much fun to talk to when he took me dealership. Even made good friends with my dog while he was working 😀 While I hated having to be towed — he did excellent job of taking of my car & keeping me entertained on drive Highly recommend this company if u need roadside assistance

Did not catch the drivers name that towed my truck from Maumelle yesterday, but he was awesome. Definitely went above and beyond to get my truck loaded and towed. Cannot thank him enough for helping out in a tough situation. Will definitely use your company in the future. Thank you!

They were very pleasant and willing to work with me when I was pushing it trying to make it before they closed. I’m not gonna say I’m happy about the price but that’s with any tow truck company. Overall, my visit was friendly, easy and convenient. Hopefully I never have to deal with another tow truck or a tow yard but if I do, I will be using this one.

MID/10. places unreasonable “hold” w/ ASP with no “slip” on vehicle. waited all day just to be rushed out of property with a few necessary, vital items (phone, PC tower, laptop, etc) barely catching last flight outta arkanSUS. .5 star for the forced “southern hospitality” another .5 for the 2 cookies (packed with diabetes). use at own discretion. may or may not put you on a fake hold to only come back and say “metro towing” again after waiting for nothing for over a minute.

Staff was polite but several items were missing from my car so look in your car for evidence of theft. They will defend their workers to the end
