‼️⚠️Once they charge you the money, they forget they have customers in line.They only value their money but they don’t value out time at all.Good products and prize but those you can find anywhere. We all looking for comfy zone, friendly environment. But they’re like ignore customers and giving us fake ETA. Maria and theres a other guy (NOT Ahmed). They’re like they’re here for chilling w eachother not to give satisfaction customer service. I asked maria if she can check how long its gonnna take just yo put the rims on. On the other hand her macho man(not Ahmed) hes like you dont have to go maria come sit.”sir its gonna take 20 more minutes” w/o even checking up. Great place, they'll have taken care of my tire balance issue . Other places were telling me that my rim was bent. Metroplex also installed a 7" lift kit on my truck and has a great ride.! Again good guys.

Carlos and Maria were amazing and super helpful. I was in distress with a flat tire, they greeted and made me feel welcomed. Friendly staff, great service and I walked away with 2 brand new tires for a great deal ! Will recommend to everyone, they offer various services outside of tires. A true one stop shop, 10/10 for me and definitely recommend

Maria and the rest of the staff at Metroplex Customs did an awesome job installing sidesteps on my wife’s new SUV. She’s going to love it!

Very nice!! Especially for newbies or if you’re unsure EDIT: if you give a care about your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Came in for a flat tire, since other shops said lug nuts were cross threaded. They snapped off 3 of the lugs, replaced 2/3 and instead of lug nuts just put normal nuts. These people are lazy careless and unorganized. After the initial argument with the “shop manager” I was told driving on 4/5 lugs is totally normal and safe. This was all after he said it was NOT their fault (as they were the last ones to touch the wheels) but I wouldn’t be charged… so they could break my car further You’ve been warned ladies and gents
