Mexico Car Wash

Went to this car wash last night at 6:50 pm. Paid via credit card for the $12 wash. All was approved, it said “wash ready” but the door wouldn’t open. I thought maybe something went wrong with the machine processing my card and I really needed a car wash so I tried again with cash. Dumb move because it said approved for the $10 wash, it said wash ready, but the door still wouldn’t open. When I backed up, the “wash is ready” sign went black and then came back on again. I list $22 on a car wash I didn’t get. Very disappointing. They should have a number to call when things break down for customers and they should service their equipment more often. I pity who came behind me. Too bad, it does a good job but that pay machine needs upgrading!

We used to enjoy using this self-service and automatic car wash. The last few times, the credit card machine didn't work for the automatic car wash. We couldn't connect with a person when we called.

Used my card for a $5 self car wash. Charged me $15. Tried calling but the number provided does not work.

A decent touchless car wash. It was easy to maneuver through. It gets the dust and light dirt off, not the bugs. I didn't notice obvious signage of what the different wash options entailed so I just got the cheapest one for $7 and it did a fair job.

No change given. Put in a twenty for a wash.
