These people are the best. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a simple repair—the driver’s door handle wasn’t working. My initial plan was to remove the interior panel myself, use a few zip ties or some epoxy, and call it a day. Rick advised me not to do that, and I’m very glad I listened. As it turned out, the repair was far more complicated than I could have handled. Albert worked persistently to diagnose and solve the issue. The dealer’s solution was to replace the entire door panel at a cost of $1,200 plus labor. Then Erika stepped in—the parts detective. I took my car to then today after my car suddenly had a piece of the bodywork come loose and was being dragged underneath the car. I explained to the very nice people there that I just wanted the part removed and not replaced but that I really couldn't leave my car there and didn't really want to wait around for hours. They told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they'd get to it as soon as possible. I had barely sat down when I noticed them pulling one car out of the garage and driving my car in and putting it on the lift. 5 minutes later they pulled my car out and told me it was finished. I really appreciated the super quick service and next time I need some work done I'll be sure to go back to them.

This is not my first time visiting the service station,cover the years, they have always provided great customer service. All questions are answered in a timely manner, and vehicle service is recommended.

Like previous reviews left...my lights were also messed up after getting an inspection here. After I left getting my inspection none of my lights on my car would turn on at all. They work perfectly fine before I pulled in. So after I left and noticed it I came back to tell the older white man and he tried saying that it was not their fault and that they never checked or touched my lights during inspection. I asked, "so you never checked my lights for the inspection when that's part of the inspection process??" That's when he looked at me like he was caught off guard and then he changed his story responding, " well we did check your lights and they all worked well and everything was fine when we gave your car back".
