Recently, my husband purchased a Chevy equinox from Meijer Auto group and while everything is easy to give a five-star review when things go well. In this particular case, there was an issue with the vehicle after purchase and I am pleased to say that Sean stepped up stood up and did the right thing and made it right after the sale. This is why he gets my five-star rating. You don't really see the character of people until things go wrong and I can tell you that this dealership is as close as you're ever going to get to an honest used car dealership. Hats off to the crew at Myers Auto crew for a job well done.

Jared and Nino were awesome to work with! I haven’t bought a car in years and they were able to make the experience as smooth as possible. I came in with a few issues and they were able to tackle each one of them. They were very optimistic and kept me informed as they handled everything.
