Meyer's RV of Harrisburg - Sales

My parents and I worked with Chris and Mike at the Harrisburg RV show. The entire process from start to finish was such an enjoyable time. I've never had so much fun spending money. They are a family owned business and it truly shows when working with the staff. If you are in the process of looking for an RV do not hesitant to work with these guys. You are more than just a number to them and it truly shows!

When it comes to service, this dealership doesn't deserve the one star I gave them. If you don't mind being lied to this dealership is for you. Besides lying they are rude. I bought a new Thor motorhome from them and had taken it there for warranty work. It was there for 6 weeks and about 40% of the issues were somewhat addressed. Bottom line I got into a heated confrontation with the service writer and then the general manager that over sees that operation. He wasn't happy or thrilled with hearing the truth and finally said this meeting is done. He said they will park my motorhome out in the parking lot by the exit and walked out of our meeting. It was a must to post this review. Being new to the RV family we knew NOTHING about this new adventure. Well ,let me tell you the folks from Meyer’s RV take the time that is needed to take you by the hand and guide you through every aspect of this adventure. Kudo’s especially to Michael Stein(sales consultant) who goes above and beyond to answer questions during the process. Till this day I still call Mike with questions and without hesitation he answers and if he doesn’t know for sure he seeks assistance with the staff. In today’s world that is hard to find.

Brittany, our sales person was so pleasant and super easy to deal with! Very personable and absolutely did not put us under any pressure to buy our RV. Also the finance manager was also pleasant and took time explaining every detail. This RV dealership was the best we have ever encountered and we have bought many RVs in the past! Everyone and I mean everyone was great from the moment we arrived at 830am for our PDI. We bought our Rockwood from the Sayre, PA location and they accommodated me coming from NJ to pick up in Harrisburg. From Jeremy our salesman/Mike S in finance/ Jeff in service along with Kristen/Andy/Cory in service. After seven previous campers in our lives, Meyers delivered the cleanest most ready unit of all. We appreciate their honest straight talk dealing and open style the entire way through. Even if someone wasn't sure of something we asked, they promptly found out and CALLED BACK and or got a tech to come out to our unit and address it. If service counts call Meyers. If you want to feel like a customer call Meyers. Want real knowledgeable people call Meyers.
