Thank you to Ash Shaffer in sales, Bob the service manager, the finance department and all the maintenance employees that helped make our transition in to RV ownership easy! Thank you for taking care of all our needs from day one! From replacing the awning and the AC unit which was found faulty during the walk-through. No hassle, just straight forward customer care! Outstanding service and communication! Thank you all very much for taking the time to show me how to install and remove our weight distribution hitch and support me while I set up my back-up camera that I purchased the day I picked up our travel trailer. Stay away from Meyer’s RV – Apollo. Buyer beware. I was promised $8,500 for my trade-in (2016 Keystone Bullet) after I fully disclosed a small delamination issue on the front cap. Once I made the 2-hour drive and was already invested in the deal, they pulled the same tactic others have reported—telling me they “couldn’t even get $4,000 at auction” and dropped the value to $4,500. The exact same line is used in several other public reviews, which tells me this is a pattern—not a one-time issue. On top of that, I paid $1,900 for a prep package that was supposed to include roof and sealant inspection, plumbing and LP checks, and a full walkthrough. Just bought our second camper from Meyers RV on 01/08/21 !!! Our first was a pop-up and now we purchased a Wolf Pup 18T0 and absolutely love it. Our Dream maker, Ash, was great and very patient with us. She took her time with us, showed us many campers until we found our favorite. You can tell she knows her stuff and has been in the camping arena for a while. Definitely not her first Rodeo! She was fantastic! Bob & Kyle were great in explaining everything at the end showing me how hook everything up including the hitch, breaks and everything else. They offered great tips and tricks on maintenance and how to care for our new house pn wheels. Great place to buy your next dream on wheels!! Everyone in every department was SO friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We appreciated their expertise and kindness. Greg was our salesperson and was so great with her kids and letting them explore the campers while we shopped. Greg was terrific!! We’re looking forward to being a camping family!
