Meyer's RV of West Virginia

The people there are so friendly! They had so many RVs on their lot, but we had one picked out from our online search. I’m sure anyone could find the perfect RV for their needs and budget. We dealt with Robin, who answered our questions and worked hard to get us a great deal on our trade in. We are thrilled with our new motor home!

What I have learned about Atkins RV since I purchased this RV is that they were all about anything I needed the first month after it was purchased. For a $98,000 camper I expected more than a month of service. We were promised they would help us with anything if a repair was to be done and said they would do service calls on our site. Like I said that ended after the first month. We had several things that needed to be taken care of. We were told to bring it in. I reminded them that we don't have a truck to haul it and that they promised they would help us with service calls. It was determined it had to go in to the dealership. I highly recommend Meyer's RV of Ripley, WV. They went above & beyond to repair a roof leak in my camper. At first I contacted a closer repair facility which had my camper for 4 weeks (that's a different story!), but Meyer's managed to accomplished in 4 & 1/2 days what the other facility couldn't do in 1 month! They worked me into their schedule during a busy schedule - mid June - and completed the roof repair along with an electrical issue in just 4 & 1/2 days! I was very impressed & highly recommend this facility. Thank you Debbie Evans, Scott McCracken, and Angie for your time, professionalism, and services you provided.

Parts department definitely A+ Angie has the biggest heart she's such a nice caring person genuinely. She's definitely the reason I'm doing this post,if you own an rv you know first hand how hard it is dealing with repair and parts Angie made it easy. I needed an ac for my 40ft 5th wheel she was on it keep me posted on the progress of my order definitely will deal with her as long as I'm in this area.
