I was referred to Melfi by Julio Bagu (tow service that I highly recommend) when my 1976 BMW 2002’s clutch failed on the highway. Melfi and his team were very professional, and got to work right away. I was surprised that they were able to service the vehicle, as most mechanics will pass on classic BMW repairs. I trusted Julio’s recommendation after he mentioned that Melfi often works on Porsche 911s. Anyone that trusts a mechanic with a car like that must have high confidence in their ability. Melfi’s team found that the master cylinder had failed, and called me for approval before ordering any parts. I really appreciated the open line of communication, and even Melfi’s humor during the process. He’s a funny guy but is definitely about his business, and gets things done in a timely mann

Truly trustworthy people—far better than any dealership. I drive all the way from Connecticut just to have my cars serviced at this shop. I’d rather drive an hour for an oil change than risk taking my cars to a dealership 15 minutes away. I’ve made that mistake before, and they messed things up. That’s why I highly recommend this place—worth every mile.

I have been taking my car here for four years and I have not been disappointed. The pricing is fair, communication is excellent, and very friendly people.
