MH Towing & Roadside Assistance

Weekend after hours emergency. Got a response less then 20 minutes. The rates where very responsible for the time of day and day. The driver knew his job a had my car on the truck in less then ten minutes and friendly. No damage and safety dropped me and my car off.

Tow truck company that doesn’t tow? You got it! Called these people to get a car out of my driveway and the guy refused. Cops showed up and thought it was odd they wouldn’t come get it. Oh well, another company made the money.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Arrived as promised and I got updates of the ETA. I waited on the other towing service providers sent by my insurance but those service providers did not notify me, just canceled, did not respond to my calls and texts, or did not have motorcycle towing equipment even though the service request specified motorcycle towing. I was on the road waiting for hours. Then my insurance provider customer service rep and the app updated me with the towing service assigned and within a few minutes, I got a call from MH Roadside Assistance! I was assured of the towing service and I got ETA updates. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and took good care of my motorcycle. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you!
