I had a problem with my DEF . I called a young lady this morning. I drove from Amarillo to to the facility. I have to say I have all the dealerships I’ve been through this is a first class operation. They care about the drivers. if they’re not busy, they get you in and get you right out. Mechanics are really nice and friendly. They will talk to you and let you know what’s going on with your truck the service manager super nice guy and the two peoplein the part department. it’s a small facility they share with another company. Everybody’s nice around here. If you ever on 287 by the slaughterhouse where they processed the cattle KW is right behind the facility stop it and get some work done. They will treat you right.

These guys were on point. Fuel system plugged had to shut down load but Hector was able to get us diagnosed with little to no notice, verified parts were available, and shuttled us to hotel across town. Had us up & running by 09:00! Great knowledgeable staff and friendly people! We will be back.

Dillon the service writer was very nice and forth coming with any all information and got me in right away. The mechanic who worked on my truck, Jose, did a very nice job and took care to make sure everything was done right. I appreciate that. Would recommend to anyone.

Wasn’t able to take my truck here to get fixed but they did have the DEF sensor I needed. Over 12 in stock when no where in Amarillo had one. Erica jumped in the parts truck and had it up to Amarillo within an hour for free delivery! Definitely wish I would of been able to get my truck here instead of Roberts truck center in Amarillo… I’ve been down for 5 days now.
