MHC Kenworth - Chattanooga

I called this dealership around 6:00 AM to ask if they could take me for a PM oil change. I was clearly told yes and that I would be next in line, so I came in at 7:00 AM as instructed. After checking in, I was told to wait in my truck. I waited until 9:30 AM — over 2.5 hours — and no one came to get me or gave me any update. When I walked back inside frustrated, the only explanation was that they were “short staffed” and that they could maybe take me after lunch. If you’re busy or understaffed, just say so on the phone. Don’t tell customers to come in early and then leave them waiting for hours with zero communication. Very poor service and complete lack of respect for people’s time.

This place is great actually before I had been here twice but doesn’t feel big difference between other dealers & this but this time due to this person name Mr James is very Good person actually true human being experience I had seen during my this visit with his one customer he had did very great job to help this fellow driver. Just I can say salute to you Mr James you was truly great God bless you I hope he will know who I am the driver from we haul Great job brother 🙏🙏🫡 🫡🫡🫡🫡

Terrible service and parts!! 1 sensor change it takes 2 days and Im still waiting invoice from mhc. Service manager he is working 7/24 he is not sleeping I guess. He forgot to call me.!! Nobody answered my call. HORRIBLE MAN!

We got off to a rough start 3 weeks ago due to a misunderstanding. I was having difficulty getting any information about repairs due to mechanical breakdown.Thankfully upper management reached out to me and helped to develop a plan. Kudos to David Blankinship, GM, Luke Privett , Service Manager and Sean Montieth Parts Manager. They went over and beyond to insure complete customer satisfaction. The rebuild was extensive and expensive, however their team and mechanics worked tirelessly to insure a wonderful final product! I’m a female owner operator of a 2017 KW t680 tractor ( and trailer) And I’m here to say that I’m extremely satisfied!!!.
