my Service Technician did a phenomenal job with the work performed as well as a comprehensive explanation of what was needed and why. Nobody wants to spend the kind of money required these days but when someone actually takes the time and effort to make sure that you are confident that you are getting what is needed accomplished and when you leave you feel better than you did when you arrived.

Every time I go here I cringe. Once I find somewhere else to go for same day parts I will never be back. So many times given the wrong parts. Give em a try with something simple and see for yourself. Get yourself a simple oil change and you will soon realize you won’t be back either. Today we attempted to obtain a part number for 2018 Kenworth T8 Series truck and were denied this information. When asked why they could not provide the part number, I was told by the Parts Manager (Bobby Harvey) that it is their policy not to give out part numbers as customers just go online to purchase the part. This is the first time we have been denied part number information from MHC Kenworth. MHC Kenworth usually will price match local competitors prices, which was what we were attempting to do (look locally). Mr Harvey then proceeded to disparage us by referencing how much we spend at MHC each month. That being said, we were able to call another Kenworth dealership and obtain the part number we were searching for and thanks to their advice, able to find the part online for $278.00 c

Been here since 830am, waited till 1030 am to get in garage, it's 204pm, and still working front-end alignment. Which only takes 2 hrs. Recommend this shop to nobody.
