Called service yesterday afternoon to see if I could get my 2014 w900 in had air issues said they could get me in 1st thing this am. Got right in solved the problem and I was gone very professional and polite. Will stop here again

Please be aware — everything seemed fine until I noticed that the refrigerator in the truck appeared to have been tampered with while it was at this Kenworth location. The fridge had been secured before service, but the securing device looked to be disturbed after the repair was completed. I can't say for certain what happened or who may have accessed it, but it was unexpected — especially since the truck wasn’t in for sleeper-area repairs. If you’re bringing your vehicle in, I’d recommend removing any food or personal items, just to be safe.
