MHC Kenworth - Fort Worth

I normally don't post reviews about businesses, but definitely will about this one. My husband bought a 2021T680 KW in February from Marcelo. We wanted warranty also. We point blank asked him if the truck went down (motor blows) is it 100% covered. He told us yes. Well guess what? Motor blew last month and warranty will only cover $30,000 of it. No where near enough. Not only that, we were charged $16,274 for the warranty. How much did the dealership keep? 🤷🏻‍♀️ All I can say is run from these people and don't buy their warranty. Very good people, fixed my truck fast, not much down time. Replaced turbo. I would recommend them to everyone. Very knowledgeable.

Got here around 2am to pick up parts that had been ordered. They had the bays open with trucks inside being worked on. When they said 24hrs a day, they meant it. It was surprising clean for a shop, the mechanics were nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Good prices. Easy to get to.

Pay someone to answer the phone, it sucks you drop a vehicle up there and everything just a mystery after that. Don't expect anyone to tell you something over the phone you're going to have to go up there and see someone face to face or they will just completely ignore you and transfer you all over the place Yeah I just called the manager that responded to this. I literally just called your shop in Fort worth. The guy answered and couldn't even tell me if they were busy. He was just beating around the bush and just making light of all these different situations. It's the same crap no matter which one of these dealerships you call. Stay away from this place, a bunch of idiots, when u call they will tell u what u want to here, lies. And after they got your truck good luck getting it back fixed. These guys told me my job would take 8 to 12 hours. It ended up being 4 days of nonsense. Every 8 hours a new shift starts, they don't know anything from previous shift, so u have to start all over. After 4 days they told me they couldn't figure out how to adjust the clutch, so they advised me to take it to another mhc kenworth dealer to have it fixed, and of course it would be a warranty issue, being that it was next day at the other mhc Kenworth, when I got there this ft worth mhc told them no way, they would not pay to finish my truck, and no warranty either..... again stay away from fr worth mhc Kenworth, a bunch of c
