MHC Kenworth - Greensboro

Really nice place to bring your truck to. I was able to get a nice hot shower in a really clean restroom and do laundry while waiting for my truck to get worked on. Everyone was so nice and kept me informed on what was going on. If I had to complain about anything would be that it did take awhile for the guy to come back with my part and the charge to replace the y for the heater core was awfully high but hey they got the job done. They even let me stay the night on the property and offered me to stay and get some rest once the work was complete.

Brought my 2022 T-680(Saving Grace) to your facility for electrical issues. Service department staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the excellent and expedited service on my truck and your hospitality extended toward me and my German Shepherd, Lulu. I truly appreciated it!

Very disappointing experience with MHC Kenworth Greensboro. We were told the diagnostic would be around $600, but later received a bill for over $1,600 without any notice or approval. We had no choice but to pay to retrieve our truck. Be careful dealing with this location. Based on our experience, charges may be much higher than what you are told, and additional costs may be added without proper approval. Unfortunately, this did not feel like the level of professionalism expected from an official Kenworth dealership.

My truck was towed in Tuesday afternoon 1/27 from start to finish the staff was super friendly and highly communicative about the whole process.They made me feel like I was actually important in the process. By noon Wednesday 1/28 they had me in my truck and back rolling. I will definitely recommend your facilities and services to all i know and should I need them again i will make sure im brought there Thanks again for everything

Drivers, there's a washer and dryer, two shower-bathrooms, and a comfortable driver's lounge there. All employees there were pleasant and helpful. They were honest about times and repairs. Great place.
