They really look out for the drivers. Truck in and out unless it's a serious problem and trust me they're very honest not like another of shops I've been to that's just in it to rip drivers off!!

Came in there late in the day, And they still fit me in. Their technician instantly pinpointed the problem and got me squared away in record time. Great customer service.

This was the 2nd Kenworth dealership/shop I visited for a "low pressure fuel" issue. First shop cleared the codes and changed one fuel filter, they worked on it for 3.5 hrs. Issue arose again just after hooking to my trailer (engine under load) once I was 50 miles away and they were closed. Decided to visit the closest MHC Kenworth shop, this one, in Macon. Ga. They pulled it in and 10 minutes later, Marshall (shop foreman? ) found me and took me to my truck to inform me of what they noticed as soon as the hood went up. The open filter in the water separator was dark but the fuel was clear. The open filter was also obviously collapsed, causing the lack of fuel available for power. With knowing the larger filter only had 400 miles on it, he was confident in this being the real proble

I bought air bag but it missing bolt and nut and they won’t to seld it. Paid 397 $ but I can’t used. Colby was there I asked him for a used bolt cause they told me that don’t haven new one. I lost my day, my money. Don’t go there.
