They were more than helpful at repairing my truck. Other than a delay in getting parts, it was a good experience.

For parts clutch servo E17-1001 I called today 12/26/25 quoted $1015 big sharks at the parts

Really frustrated with my most recent visit, I have a company truck and it threw some code which threatened to derate the truck so I bought it in and asked to have the codes read. They charged 250.00 to read the codes and add a half gallon of coolant, I had to sit for 2 hours in the lobby. I have been a return customer for several visits and felt like they could have worked with me on this visit considering I have several gallons of coolant on hand. For something so simple I would have expected a little more help with things. For the money I will invest in a code reader and do the work myself, I don't think I will be returning any time soon.

DO NOT have your truck serviced here. There was a NATIONWIDE RECALL on this part on my truck. So, I took my truck in to get the service for the transmission fault code on dashboard. Matt, the service manager, stated to me that my VIN was not among the nationwide recall for the T680 model. He refused to release my truck back to me and insisted I pay for the diagnostic, the part & the labor first. Matt is money hungry and does not care about his customers nor does he care about the truth and what's right.
