They attempted to charge me $947 for an oil change, which was merely a basic service that did not include a lube or any additional work. I could have obtained the service at a lower cost elsewhere. To be honest, another service provider would have done a better job. However, after I informed them that I was unwilling to pay $947, they did rectify the issue. Ultimately, I received a basic oil change for $564, which is still a lower cost than the initial quote. The primary reason I visited this location was due to a promotional offer that suggested labor costs would be waived for certain services this month. I strongly recommend drivers to come to MHC Kenworth of Odessa.
