I had an awesome experience with there service. They replaced the turbo actuator and cleared the code. In and out within 24 hours. They even dealt with the warranty people. Very friendly staff. I will use them with all my truck issues. Thanks guys!
We tow for them all the time where ever you’re broke down. Great customer service usually has the parts you need ( sometimes they do have to order certain parts )
Staff are decent people , they just need more mechanics and more space for repairs.
Service is absolutely horrible. My truck has been in there shop for over 2 weeks as of today. First I hear they need one part. Then I hear they need another fitting. So the mechanic couldn’t see they needed a fittings when parts were removed? They blame everything on UPS. Nobody returns call if you leave a message. And when you speak with service it’s nonchalant. So I can’t wait to hear that my part didn’t come in today and it will be tomorrow. And I guarantee I’ll hear another story. 2 weeks down! Should have taken my truck to Durham!
People are very nice however it takes forever to get a truck repaired there. It's a low volume dealership
