I would have given this service department 5 stars but my experience here has not been that great! I have been here since Wednesday morning and the truck is still not finished. I’m not sure what is going on after I leave in the afternoon but I’ve been told the last 2 days that truck should be finished the next day and it’s not. Your service advisor John is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers, now Bree is a totally opposite she is sweet, kind and understanding, in my opinion should be service department manager. John needs to be talked to and told that he needs to learn better customer service or find another job!

Called this KW after noticing a large puddle of oil form under my tractor. I was treated with great customer service from the initial first phone call. Truck was overlooked and problem was found very quickly and repair was also done very quickly. Great communication along the entire process and Breanne was so nice and helpful. Will continue to bring my units to this KW for future needs. They were able to get my truck back on the road with almost no downtime.

Worse experience ever!!! Do not come to this facility, worse if you have warranty. They will not work with you, they will send the wrong diagnosis to warranty. They will give you hard time to get things done or fix. I went with an air compressor issue diagnosed by my mechanic that I have for years and they decided to diagnose with something else, at the end nothing was fix and I got a bill of $1900 just for diagnostics. And not only that, they will ask for thousands of money as a deposit, 4k to be exact to continue with more diagnostics. But don't even argue with them, they will make you feel your are stupid. No compassion or ethics to work with you and third parties companies (warranty). Please DO NOT bring your truck you will loose time and money for nothing. You will remember this revie

I took the truck because of a coolant leak problem and the mechanic said it was the head gasket & head damage, 3 weeks later, they asked for 30 thousand dollars for a head gasket and a head. After picking up the truck after 3 days I had to return because of the same problem, it’s been 3 more weeks. They answer the phone and they state that they don’t know about my truck. They stated that they are going to return the call and turns out they want 15 thousand dollars more from the problem that they didn’t fix the problem the first time. Hopefully it’ll be the last time I’ll visit that dealer

Well I could tell you about the timely, great workmanship, and reasonable pricing that Brandon, Mark and they rest of the body shop have provided me numerous times. But that could be subjective, instead I will put it a simpler way. I live 600 miles from the shop and it is cheaper and more time efficient to come here stay in a hotel and have the work done and done correctly once! Great Work All and thank you. I will be returning.
