This place is outstanding! There was an issue with the after treatment side on my truck and they got me in and out quickly. They even worked out a billing issue with the warranty and got it settled the same day.

I was very disturbed regarding the professionalism, character, conduct, morals and ethics of this MHC KENWORTH location. I experienced mechanic and staff dishonesty after diagnosis. Providing false information stating that parts need replacing when in fact this wasn't true. The mechanics pro long the repair order to increase labor hours which are costly to the customer. I believe this branch of the MHC KENWORTH franchise is a fraudulent company. I suggest that anyone forced to stop hear for repairs get a second opinion. I left the this location and went to a licensed diesel mechanic and my truck was serviced in a few hours. Be careful and cautious while having your truck serviced here. Sincerely
