Greg and Ricky, Do not forget those names. One of the best customer services I have ever got at the auto body shop. From the beginning to the end. I got my front hood and bumper smashed and now thanks to the team, my truck looks like it is brand new. Topped it off with a Hood ornament on the house! Thank You gentlemen to your commitment to Excellence!

Last may I was in an accident with my 2022 kw tractor. My truck was brought to the dealership here for an estimate and repairs. From the beginning all the way through Greg and all of his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired to my liking. I had to bring it back later for a couple of parts that were on back order and again Greg and staff got me right in and took care of everything again to my liking. I am very particular about my truck especially because it is new and had a lot of custom work on it. But none of this ever fazed Greg and staff. I must say in 30 years of driving this was the first time I didn't have to follow after somebody to check that they took care of things the right way. They pay attention to detail and Greg wouldn't let me leave until I was 1

Unbelievable customer service from MHC Wilmington. Saturday night after hours and both the Service Manager Daniel Cline and Parts Manager Bobby Brown jump in to bring parts and change a wheel seal to keep us rolling. Absolute phenomenal job by the Wilmington team. Cannot thank you enough!!

MHC KENWORTH is a top notch place. I would like to commend the parts manager Bobby Brown and his great staff he has assembled. The service dept gets you in and out and very detailed. Last but not least Mr Greg at the Bodyshop has it going on. Every time I utilize the body shop they are calling me to come pickup before I can even get home. Very, very professional is the best way to describe! Thanks!
