MHC Kenworth/Volvo - Springdale

Huge shoutout to Armando over at MHC Kenworth. He worked on our Peterbilt and knocked it out of the park. He got the job done quickly, communicated clearly the whole time, and was super friendly and professional. You can tell he really knows his stuff, he diagnosed the issue fast and had us back on the road without any runaround. Solid work 👍🏽

I met Courtney while waiting for our truck sale to be finalized, and she made the experience so much better. She didn’t have to go out of her way to be personable, but she did and it truly stood out. We were buying the truck from out of state, and her friendliness and willingness to help made the whole process feel smooth and welcoming. MHC Kenworth Springdale is lucky to have someone like her greeting customers! She made a long day feel a lot lighter!

My experience with this MHC Kenworth location reflects what many others have said — the service department is extremely overpriced and unprofessional. They charge $240 per hour, which is excessive even by dealership standards. The overall bill for a relatively straightforward job came out to nearly $9,250, which is completely unreasonable. When trying to discuss or understand the charges, the service team — including management — showed little transparency or accountability. The attitude felt dismissive, as if they believe, “we’re the dealership, what do you expect.” I strongly recommend owner-operators and small fleet owners to think twice before bringing their trucks here. There are far more honest and transparent repair shops that will treat you with respect and fairness.

Had a great experience with Wesley in sales super nice guy him and the sales manager were amazing to deal with and Wesley stayed late an̈d gave up his personal time just to make sure I was happy.
